Hello you who is here, right now, in this, my dream come true - Centre of You. The thread that weaves between us and makes us kindred I imagine is your commitment and willingness to be and become you. To learn, unlearn and relearn aspects of you.
Only when three decades passed by did I first become curious about understanding myself. Who was I really in true authenticity, what was it that I wanted from this life and who did I intrinsically want to become. I began wondering why was I attracting the same type of experiences and people over and over again. I had been sleepwalking through life, in victim mentality looking outwards to blame. It was me who was the common denominator and until I commenced looking within to take responsibility, understanding why I was filling my connective voids the way I was, did I commence learning, unlearning and relearning how to be a better human to myself and to others.
In late 2017 I began asking myself what would bring me most fulfilment, meaning, joy and purpose, not occasionally, but every day. While a journey in and of itself arriving at the answer to this inquiry, creating a centre for inner-exploration among kindred community was the contribution I began envisioning. That is what I longed for to support my own journey and never found solace in on home soil. I nurtured this vision and took action towards it every day for two-years and in late 2020, reality met the fantasy and Centre of You left my imaginal cells and became tangible. A day I’ll never forget!
I believe that we are all navigating through our individually prescribed soul-curriculums as students in the school of life, all required for our evolution, guiding us towards our purpose. While this is of course an individual quest, when it comes to understanding the self, all the parts that make up our wholeness, and our capacities to relate with self, other, world, it is my belief that this is most impactfully done in the presence of caring, loving, grounding, nurturing community.
Frankie Pynakker
Centre of You Co-Founder
In acknowledgement of Frankie, he who aligned with the vision alive in Grace’s imaginal cells back in 2019. Frankie enabled the tangible manifestation of Centre of You by co-founding it alongside Grace and partnering in its opeations throughout its inceptional start-up phase.
Frankie continues to be a mentor, friend and trusted advisor of Grace. He is also an instrumental, foundational, regular space holder at Centre of You.
Frankie has studied extensively with various teachers from different traditions around the world. Studies & qualifications include Breathwork, Reiki, Bodywork, Yoga, Hypnosis, Nero Linguistics, Meditation & Inner Guidance.
As well as events Frankie is a philanthropist & intuitive healer. He works with clients from all walks of life for private guidance & healing sessions to bring them back to themselves so they can thrive in all they do.
