Hi heartbeats, Grace here, co-creator of Centre of You. This is a heartfelt community gathering which also doubles as a learning environment for me as I find my feet in the logistical components of serving cacao to a group. It’s one thing to learn, it’s another to implement! On April 11 we are holding our first monthly Centre of You Kirtan & Cacao Ceremony so I intend to gain a sense of time required, what works, what doesn’t, etc… i.e. prepare my cacao ceremony contribution.

No financial exchange required though there is an energetic one… patience, open-mindedness, presence and support.

You will witness the coming together of ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine, be looped into the meaning behind it, connect with it, consume it and be guided towards connecting within to the centre of you. The evening is intended to feel relaxed, nurturing and warm.

That’s about all I can say at this point as I facilitate quite intuitively with much surrender.
