" We honour the traditional custodians of the land, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respect to all the Indigenous + the First Nation People and their connection to the land. We extend this reverence to all the Elders past, present and emerging. "
You're invited to join Simone, Frankie and Patty in an evening of deep connection within yourself, where you will be able to express and free your body, heart and soul.
We will gather celebrating the beauty of our reincarnation in this human body. The group will be welcomed with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony to open the heart. We will then drop deeper into the body through a shared Ecstatic Dance Experience. Finally, we will unlock the wisdom of the soul through a Shamanic Breathwork Journe that will help us truly land back where we need to be.
Sacred Cacao Ceremony
The evening will commence with a heart-opening cacao ceremony inclusive of a cacao blessing, honouring the land where we gather and the native land of cacao medicina. With cacao in your body vessel, you will be guided with sound and spoken words before a sharing circle connects us on a deeper level.
Cacao is a potent plant medicine which opens the heart space and allows the unveiling of the heart’s shadows. Bliss, joy, love, peace, sadness or a deep sense of stillness may be experienced. Remember that any arising emotion is serving you perfectly, so the invitation is to allow yourself to surrender, and to feel fully without any judgements for your personal purpose of growth, healing and expansion into unconditional love.
Ecstatic Dance Experience
An ecstatic dance floor is a place where you can be you, all of you, exactly as you are. A safe space to take a journey of self expression, and to surrender to the flow of life, through your body and through the music.
Ecstatic dance is a form of art expression, with no dance experience required. Be ready to free yourself from any conceptualisation of how you should move and allow the music to move you, letting go of the mind's attempts to control - you can’t get this wrong.
The invitation is to open yourself up to explore the full spectrum of emotions, as we dance as one tribe.
Shamanic Breathwork Journey
Consciously connecting the breath via a Shamanic Breathwork Journey is known to unlock and draw into our conscious awareness messages, visions, interactions, experiences, memories and symbols that when processed and integrated illuminate that which is required to aid in our becoming. Don’t overthink and simply breathe!
Shamanic Breathwork is a dynamic body-based, feeling-focused modality of transformation that anchors us deep within, bringing us home to our centre. Arrive willing to commit to the process and surrender to the experience as you are guided to breathe until you are surprised.
About your Facilitators:
Simone | IG: elementalslovealoha
Simone upholds a special relationship with the Elements and Mother Earth. This relationship stems from many lifetimes of exploring rituals and undertaking sacred plant medicine ceremonies, following shamanic ancient traditions + the rites of passage and honoring his plants and human teachers.
He came into his body in the Northern Hemisphere of the planet, in a little town surrounded by mountains, rivers, forest and wildlife. Simone has been moving around since a young age looking for a place to call home, when he finally realised that this place is within him, in the heart centre, Anahata.
Simone draws upon different tools in his offerings, in reverence of the lineage that he has be initiated in: reiki energy healing, guided meditations, Kundalini kriyas, pranayama activation, sound and sacred Cacao journeys. The connection between Simone and Cacao medicina is profound, full of respect and reverence.

Fresh from the jungles of Peru and the dance-floors of Guatemala, Chakaruna aka Patty is excited to take you on a musical journey across continents, through dimensions and into your true nature. Patty is passionate about helping people open their hearts and find bliss in the full spectrum of the human experience. Chakaruna means "Bridge Person" in the Quechua language - this journey is here to provide a bridge for you into new ways of connecting with your self, with each other and with the world around you.
An experienced leader and coach, he recently doubled down on music as an even purer vehicle to deliver transformation, and spent a few weeks dancing with and learning from some of the world's best organic music producers such as Mose, Scott Nice, ATYYA and Melbourne's own Temple Step Project. Very much in the student phase (eternally), he is excited to share these new seeds of creation with you.
-- Important Information —
Cacao: It is highly recommended to refrain from ingesting caffeine after your morning breakfast. Cacao contains Theobromine a stimulant similar to caffeine, and we wouldn’t want to over-stimulate your body-system.
Recommended is to have a large lunch no later than 3 hours before ceremony, so your time spent journeying is on a relatively empty stomach.
Please let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, on heart medication or MAOI or SSRI based anti-depressants, so we can adjust your dosage and check in with you.
Shamanic Breathwork: requires a commitment to a cyclical breathing pattern and has the potential to bring about intense feelings which may result in strong physical and/or emotional release. This practice involves voluntarily hyper-oxygenating your bloodstream, paving the way for reaching an altered state of consciousness where you may experience possibilities that are not grounded in this reality (dependant on your level of output - you are always in control).
It is not recommended for pregnant women though if you are pregnant and wish to join, please alert us and you will be offered a gentler breathing pattern.
Trigger/activation warning: This practice encourages the authentic and uninhibited expression of all that arises in real-time. This could appear as screaming, crying, laughter or other forms of vocal sounding. While this modality invites you to remain within your own process and interpret visceral reactions to other people's authentic expressions as data to become curious about. If you feel this may be too strong an experience for you or you feel you are not in a resourced/regulated state of being, we encourage you to consider this upon making a decision to commit to this experience.
This event is not suitable for under 18s or for anyone under the effects of drugs and/or alcohol.
Things to note:
Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, cacao cups and cushions for your journey though feel free to bring your own should you prefer. Wear comfortable, lose clothes to allow ease of movement and deep breathing. A journal is recommended as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystal, feathers, teddy, scarf, etc).
Arrival: Endeavour to arrive between 5:45pm - 6:00pm. To preserve the experience for all involved, doors will close at 6:15pm. Truly, it breaks our heart to have to turn latecomers away yet the disruption to the whole group experience by virtue of lateness does require management. We ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.
Driving: Know Centre of You is on Chapel St and ample time to find a car spot is best to be factored into your plans. Park direct on Chapel St (spots unmetered after 5pm) or in Anchor Place, the open-air parking lot in the side street that runs opposite Centre of You (unmetered after 4pm).
Public transport - tram: Both the number 6 tram & 78 tram stop on the corner of High St/Chapel St. This is stop 31 on the number 6 tram (Moreland/Glen Iris) & stop 45 on the number 78 tram (North Richmond/Balaclava).
Public transport - train: Both Prahran & Windsor stations along the Sandringham Line will get you walking distance to Centre of You.
