Cosmic Octave - Naad Yoga & Sound Healing.

“As above, so below.”

About the experience:

Modern science now acknowledges something our ancestors knew millennia ago. That everything in our universe - all of the particles that make up matter and universal forces - are comprised of tiny vibrating strings of energy (String Theory).

Where there's vibration, a relative sound can exist. Our whole existence emanates from a root sound that has evolved into complex arrangements of vibration, creating everything we see and feel. Indian culture acknowledged this several thousand years ago through Naad Yoga (union through sound), a metaphysical system applied medicinally and philosophically through sound, tone and vibration.

Recently, we’ve discovered the law of cosmic octaves, the harmony between tones, sounds, colours, atoms, cosmic cycles and other natural phenomena, such as the orbit of the planets. In other words - the connections and interrelationship between the vibrations of sub atomic particles with macro natural phenomena - hence, “as above, so below.”

Join us as we explore this in this immersive and interactive sound healing event, hosted and guided by Kuṇḍalinī wunderkind, Doug Wilson.

What to expect:

Part 1 - Exploration of Naad Yoga

  • Experience the root sound of creation according to the ancients’ through the mantra A-U-M (primordial tone of the universe). Explore how mantras act as structured keys that interact with our nāḍīs (channels of our subtle energy system).

Part 2 - Cosmic Octave Sound Healing

  • Relax and submerse yourself into curated cosmic vibration delivered via: Planetary Pure Tones mixed with precise samples of Tuning Forks, Crystal Bowls and Tibetan Bowls designed and played to balance the nervous system.

  • Planetary Gongs: Chiron - for healing deep emotional wounds and traumas while bridging the material with the spiritual; and Jupiter - aids the realisation of spiritual aspirations through embracing the inner teacher and calling on expansion, abundance and optimism.
