Welcome to "Energy In Motion," a transformational event where ecstatic dance, cacao and emotional release converge to create an unforgettable experience. This is more than an event; it's a journey of self-discovery and expression, offering a blend of personal growth, community connection, and joyous celebration.
Emotion is energy in motion and this event is designed to facilitate emotional processing with an undercurrent of bliss. It's about inner exploration and embodied expression, all wrapped up in a lively, party-like atmosphere. Personal development can be fun, and we're here to prove it.
Event 2: Solar Plexus Chakra (fire)
In April, Energy In Motion turns our attention to activating and connecting with our solar plexus chakra (Manipura). This energy centre is associated with our confidence and personal power. Activating this chakra allows us to shine bright and ignite the fire within.
This event is an opportunity to dance AND an invitation to transform through beauty, play, and the pleasure of being fully present in your body.
Experience Highlights:
Ecstatic Dance: A liberating space for self-expression. Shed your inhibitions and let the rhythm guide your movements. No previous dance experience is needed—just a heart open to the journey.
Cacao Ceremony: Connect with this heart-opening plant magic, historically revered as 'food of the Gods'. Our cacao ceremony helps deepen your emotional awareness and connection to yourself while fueling your desire to dance and connect.
Chakra Exploration: Each event is a deep dive into one of the seven chakras. From the root to the crown, we journey through these energy centers, integrating their wisdom and embracing their power.
Community Guidelines:
- Be Present: No phones
- Be Clear: No intoxicants
- Be Embodied: No talking during the dance
- Be Respectful of Others: Consensual contact only
Join us at Energy In Motion for a transformative experience where you'll dance, connect, and evolve, surrounded by a community of kindred spirits.
Together, let's celebrate the full spectrum of the human experience, transforming through the beauty and power of dance and communal energy.

Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, and cushions for you to get cosy with. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothes to enable deep breathing and sitting/laying upon the floor with ease. A journal and an eye mask is recommended as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystal, teddy, scarf, etc).
Arrival: Endeavour to arrive between 6:15pm - 6:30pm. To preserve the experience for all involved, doors will close at 6:45pm. Truly, it breaks our heart to have to turn latecomers away yet the disruption to the whole group experience by virtue of lateness does require management. We ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.
