The heart wants what the heart wants. Sometimes the heart’s longings can become amplified, most especially when we cannot tangibly melt into the embrace of the connections of the heart we most long for.
You’re invited to join in on a peaceful, mellow, deeply immersive evening of accessing heart connection despite it perhaps not being tangibly available in the way you wish it to be.
Grounding and partnering with the spirit of cacao:
Upon arrival into the womb-like energy of our nurturing space, we will settle into the receivership of the warming embrace of ceremonial cacao through a grounding ceremony. Inviting the spirit of cacao into our being and dropping into a state of pensive reflection will help enable the heart’s messages to arise from the stillness within and be whispered to you throughout the remainder of the evening.
Please advise if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, on heart medication and/or anti-depressants so we can adjust your dosage and check-in with you.
Spoken word, Cacao and Sound ceremony:
With the presence of mama cacao now within, you will be bathed in loving, healing sound frequencies delivered through the shamanic drum, flute, sound bowls, wind chimes, channelled voice activations and song. This alchemy, intuitively delivered in service to your soul will be focused upon balance within the heartspace, nurturing you into a state of relaxation, reassurance, acceptance and compassion for self and others.
In completion:
We will unite in circle where your heart will be given a space to be heard if it wishes to be. You are welcome to stay a while and capture inner promptings in your journal to help your upcoming alchemising process as you continue to integrate any snippits of self understanding now illuminated for you while enjoying a cup of tea.

** To assist you in making an informed choice on your attendance it’s important to note that this offering is exempt from requiring proof of vaccine status in alignment with ceremony conducted in community centre government guidelines. To ensure ample spacing, numbers are being limited to below the official density recommendation. We ask that the health and safety of our community is considered and to be in contact for a refund should you feel unwell or are known to have been exposed to Covid.**

This evening of ceremony, spoken word and sound will be lovingly delivered by Grace, lion-hearted leader of Centre of You and Solana of House of Dhikraa - Vocal Artist, Soundhealer and Ceremonialist.
