Shake off those black hipster jeans and doc martins and pull out all your feathers, leaves, bark, body paint, glitter, and fur and prove yourself to be the creature of the forest you truly are! * WHAT IS A HUMAN FOREST? *
For those of you that don't know, a Human Forest Experience is a human ecosystem connected by consensual touch. The trees are the recipients of this touch and the critters are the givers of touch. We pride ourselves on holding safe, healing containers where participants have a truly powerful experience of intimacy that leaves them feeling open, cared for and loved. Come be part of a movement awakening people to the joy-filled, healing and restorative power of touch.

WHAT TO BRING?
- Comfortable clothing, some nibbles and/or drinks to share with others at the end, an open mind, & any friends that might be interested.
Please arrive by 5:30pm to allow spaciousness to visit the bathroom and settle in. There are plenty of bolsters, blankets and cushions to get cosy with though feel free to bring your own for a felt sense of familiarity and groundedness.
Know Centre of You is on Chapel St and ample time to find a carspot is best to be factored into your plans. Chapel St spots (1hr) are unmetered from 5pm. Anchor Place (the side street which runs opposite the arcade Centre of You is nestled within) is unmetered from 4pm (2hrs spots).
