There is a tale of The One Who Knows, La Loba, a tale made of memories, bone and dust from deep in the inner desert that awakens fire in our cells. When we hear the howls of her creation hymn we know in our gut that the time to sing the flesh back onto our bones is here. Now is this time. The woman of wolf and bone, the one with many names calls to those who can feel, to smell the scent of sweat, tussle our furry flesh & know we are ALIVE, to howl together, alone & open, always.

What is a Human Forest?

Human Forest is a consensual touch-based experience where we give loving, caring touch to each other and dust off thoughts of not being enough and taboos around touch with strangers.

We believe that touch is a fundamental part of being human and the ability to give and receive loving touch without it leading to the bedroom is a whole new way of connecting with self, other and the world around.

You will find out more on the night though expect to be guided through effective communication of boundaries and introduced to the invitation of being open to touch by people in the group as well as to giving touch.

Where are the profits going?

This year 100% of our profits are going towards the Epoch Grove Regeneration Project. Yep, that's right, the land thrives when you have your touch tank filled! We have a goal of raising $20k this year to continue building a thriving permaculture garden to feed many mouths, regenerating the soil, and planting many natives, trees, herbs, flowers. Joining? Some practicalities below:

Bring:
Comfortable clothing, some nibbles and/or drinks to share with others at the end, an open mind and any friends that might be interested.

Your arrival:
Endeavour to arrive between 6.45pm - 7pm to visit the bathroom before settling into the space to begin promptly. Participants are required to be on time to ensure they understand how to communicate their boundaries with clarity and respect. We will also include a consent and boundaries section of the event. If you are going to be late, please let Anatolia know on 0421 247 073. Anatolia the co-founder of Epoch Grove - an avid story lover and teller, a coach for people who want to see life as an adventure.

Important notes…
Female-identifying women' for this event includes assigned female at birth women (and those who currently identify as non-binary) as well as transgender folks who identify as female.

In this event, we focus on sensual touch rather than sexually-oriented touch.

This event takes into account current Vic Gov guidelines. If you have any symptoms, do not attend. You can post on the event page to sell your ticket or we will refund you if you cannot find someone to buy your ticket.
