At Centre of You, we’re committed to the consistent offering of Kirtan - a space to ground and connect through ceremony and devotional chanting in community.
In the creation of a nurturing, beautiful, ceremonial space, Grace of Centre of You will begin the evening with a heartfelt offer of the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao.
Drinking cacao intentionally connects us into our heart and this guided ceremony when coupled with the co-created devotional music to follow will make for easeful access to a deep state of connective bliss.
Be then led by Sun Hyland into experiencing the blissful, rejuvenating power of the yogic practice of Kirtan: mantra and music.
Kirtan, or call and response devotional chanting, is a meditative practice to move you into the heart space. Connect to your breath, give the mind a break and immerse yourself in soul-nourishing, uplifting, high vibrational sound.
Sun’s uplifting vocal melodies and beautiful musicianship create the ideal soundscape for this simple, magical, joyous practice.
It is our intrinsic birthright to gather in community and sing. No experience needed. Come as you are - all welcome.
