Practice with teachers from across the state, sharing from their heart wisdom, the yogic philosophies and teachings of Kundalini Yoga. This is a day for all levels. The invitation is to open to the experience, to come into more self awareness, to release stress and tension from the body, to heal, to grow, to connect to the heart.
There will be a sound healing at the end of the morning session and the afternoon session, with Gongs and Sacred Sound instruments. We will have a Chai and Snack Bar there for you for purchasing on the day, however please pack a lunch or enjoy many of the local cafes around Chapel, High and Greville Streets within a short walk. We will have ample time for food breaks, chats and connection. Our intention is to come together as community, share the teachings, and uplift our lives and our spirit. The day will be relaxing, elevating and joyful. The teacher schedule will be released the week before the event.

What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is a science of angles and triangles used to stimulate, cleanse and balance the energy flow within the ten spiritual bodies. Kundalini energy is the primordial life energy found at the base of the spine within each human being. With yourself – initiation and commitment to the technology, this energy will awaken and rise, resulting in the expansion of consciousness.
Through asana, meditation, mudras, pranayama and chanting, Kundalini Yoga helps harness, transform and channel this energy optimally to serve our overall wellbeing, and positively influence our communities. Kundalini Yoga will build one's strength and stamina, enhance cognitive function, balance emotions, and awaken you to the connection of the infinite self.
Kundalini Yoga is available worldwide and is something to be experienced, not intellectualised. It asks us to commit to consciousness and step back from the man-made trends that continue to render the human spirit dormant. In other words, it helps us to lead a life of dharma.
Who can become a Kundalini Yogi?
Anyone! Kundalini yoga is a holistic technology that is suitable and designed for people from all walks of life. Often termed “The Householder Yoga", Kundalini yoga is non-competitive and no-one needs to leave home or renounce their worldly duties to become a yogi. Instead, it is a daily exchange between the personal and impersonal, allowing one to better understand themselves in the faith of fulfilling their destiny.
