Meditation Circle for Busy Minds.

‘Meditation Circle for Busy Minds’ is a monthly class, intentionally designed for individuals looking to engage in practices that can assist in managing anxiety and slowing a busy mind.

On arrival, participants are guided to 'check in' with themselves using journaling and release writing. This is followed by a group check in, and then a guided, mindfulness-based meditation practice. The class closes with a metta practice and group check out.

This is a deeply anchoring class that invites individuals to witness, and be witnessed, as they connect in circle with themselves and each other in the present moment, with compassion.

Additional information:

When you book into this class, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • This is not a group therapy class. If you require medical treatment for anxiety, or any other mental health condition, please consult your healthcare professional.

  • Sitting in circle, sharing of self, and meditation can be deeply personal and moving experiences. As such, it is expected that you respect the boundaries and confidentiality of others, and that you do not try to ‘fix’ people.

  • Everything is presented as an invitation which you can either accept or decline, without fear of judgement.

  • Current health directions will apply.
