Dare to Change Therapies presents – Mother Earth Sound Medicine

Your facilitator, Catherine Marty, will guide you on a meditative journey using powerful imagery of nature, combined with plant music and sound healing instruments such as drums, flutes, vocals, chimes and percussion.

The powerful imagery is designed to take you to the natural world and to connect with Mother Earth; and along with plant music and the healing vibrations of sound, you will experience 1.5 hours of deep meditation, relaxation and energetic shifts.

What is plant music?

Catherine will be collaborating with plants by using a Music of the Plants device, which is able to perceive the electromagnetic variations from the surface of plant leaves to the root system and translates them into sound. The plant music will help you to connect deeper with the natural world.

As this event takes place indoors, in order to comply with social distancing requirements, places will be limited to be sure to book your place. If COVID restrictions change, resulting in the cancellation of the event, all participants will be contacted and fully refunded or have their ticket transferred to the next available event.

About your facilitator

Catherine Marty (Date to Change Therapies) is a trauma therapist and sound healer, and the creator of Sound Medicine Hikes. She uses her experience as a facilitator and hiker to take participants on a journey of guided forest bathing, meditation and nature connection, along with sound healing under the trees. Catherine is passionate about sharing her love of music, nature and healing with others, to encourage people to connect with Mother Earth.
