Red Pill Ritual & Breathwork: Breathe, Embody, Elevate.

Expand & elevate your perspective with an evening of breathwork & embodiment as you journey alongside like-minded beings open to moving beyond the everyday and into the superconscious aspect of your mind that opens doorways of personal insight and transformation.

About this experience:

A Red Pill Ritual is an invitation to show up in your truth. It is an opportunity to disconnect from the Matrix and reconnect to your authentic self. It is a safe space to be deeply human, whatever that means to you in the moment.

What to expect:

"I can only show you the door. You are the one that has to walk through it" - Morpheus

We will provide the music, some release tools and our experience of what helps us on the journey. This experience will be paired with a powerful breathwork journey designed to help you access deep altered states of consciousness. We are currently confirming the exact facilitator and modality and will update this listing shortly. Where you take it from there, is up to you - this often includes ecstatic dance, emotional release, and embodied stillness - everything is welcome.

Expect a safe space free of judgement for you to express yourself, release stuck, stagnant energy and leave lighter (energetically) than you arrived ready to face what the day ahead has in stall for you.

About The Breathwork Component:

We will use a somatic and shamanic breathwork technique that uses connected circular breathing to shut down the thinking mind and journey into the subconscious. This breath allows us to move beyond logic and access deep emotions and incomplete stress cycles in the body. This cyclical style of breathing has the potential to unlock stories and emotions which may result in a physical and/or emotional release. The invitation is to be in the body, to feel and surrender.

Contraindications:

If you are pregnant this breath technique is not recommended, however we will be able to offer you a gentler alternative. If you experience cardiovascular issues, heart conditions, chronic asthma, epilepsy, high or abnormal blood pressure, psychiatric conditions (PTSD, bipolar, personality disorders etc), please speak to us prior to the event to see if this practice is right for you.
