You’re invited to join in on an evening of ceremony focused upon finding connection within yourself by journeying home into your heart centre.
Cacao Ceremony:
The evening will commence with a heart-opening cacao ceremony. The ceremonial-grade cacao you will be invited to welcome into your being is crillo cacao sourced directly from the Amazonian region of Jaen in the land full of ancient medicine and wisdom of Peru, brought to us here in Australia by dear Georgia and Elyse of Spirit of Cacao.
Cacao is a potent plant medicine which aids in opening your heart and allowing the unveiling of the heart’s shadows. Bliss, joy, love, sadness or a deep sense of stillness may be experienced. Any arising emotion is serving you perfectly, so the invitation is one of allowance and surrender - to feel fully without judgement for the purpose of growth, healing, expansion and unconditional self-love.
It is highly recommended that no caffeine is ingested after lunch time, 6hours before ceremony commencement and to have a large late lunch or substantial afternoon tea no later than 3 hours before ceremony so your time spent journeying is on a relatively empty stomach.
Please let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, on heart medication or MAOI or SSRI based anti-depressants so we can adjust your dosage and check in with you.
Shamanic Breathwork Journey:
With the loving presence of mama cacao in your being, you will be guided into a shamanic breathwork journey. Consciously connecting the breath via a shamanic breathwork ceremony is known to unlock and draw into our conscious awareness messages, visions, interactions, experiences, memories and symbols that when processed and integrated illuminate that which is required to aid in our becoming.
Shamanic breathwork is a dynamic body based and feeling focused modality of transformation that anchors us deep within, bringing us home to our centre. Arrive willing to commit to the process and surrender to the experience as you are guided to breathe until you are surprised. An art-therapy process and integration circle will follow your journey to assist you in making sense of all presented for you.
Your Facilitators - Simone:
Simone (he/his) upholds a special relationship with the elements and Mother Earth, Pachamama. This relationship stems from many lifetimes of exploring, rituals and undertaking plant medicine ceremonies. He came into his body in the Northern Hemisphere of the planet, in a little city surrounded by mountains in the North of Italy. Simone has been moving around since young age looking for a place to call home, when he finally realised that this place is within him, in the heart-centre Anahata.
Simone draws upon different tools in his offerings - reiki healing, guided meditation, pranayama-breathwork, Kundaini Himalayan kriyas, sound melodies and sacred ceremonial cacao. The connection between Simone and cacao is profound and full of respect.
Your Facilitators - Frankie:
Frankie (he/his), co-creator of Centre of You and avid student/teacher of healing arts shares his wisdom and knowledge gained from his intrinsic interest in breath and movement. Frankie is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Grandmaster, Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator and Ordained Shamanic Minister who warmly guides and holds sacred space through the sharing and delivery of his teachings.

** To assist you in making an informed choice on your attendance it’s important to note that Centre of You is exempt from requiring proof of vaccine status for this event in alignment with ceremony conducted in community centre government guidelines. To ensure ample spacing, numbers are being limited to below the official density recommendation. We ask that the health and safety of our community is considered and to be in contact for a refund should you feel unwell or are known to have been exposed to Covid.**
Preparation:
- bring an eyemask (optional though recommended)
- any sacred or familiar items that will assist you in feeling grounded (your own blanket, yoga mat, crystal, etc)
- wear comfortable lose clothing that enables movement with ease
