Soulful Vibrations - An Evening of Heart Opening Live Music.

Join us for an enchanting evening where the magic of live music and the joy of community converge. After opening our hearts with a grounding Cacao ceremony, the night will feature soul-stirring live performances from Melbourne's musical maestros Isabel Rumble and Dan Cully, before weaving into the night with a love-filled and lively DJ set curated by DJ Chakaruna aka Patty McDonald. Held by the homely setting of Centre of You, it's an opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and others through the power of music and community.

What to expect:

The evening begins with us gathering in circle and sharing ceremonial Cacao, steeped in the traditions of indigenous culture. Patty has brought this sacred practice back from his time in Guatemala, and is honoured to support us to drop deeper into the layers of magic that are available for the rest of the evening.

Shortly after the Cacao, we will be immersed in the soul healing vibrations of a mix of sacred instruments such as the didgeridoo, native American flute and more.

We will then be graced by the live performances of two remarkable musicians. First, witness the emergence of a new voice in Australian music, Isabel Rumble. Her captivating performances invite you on a reflective journey through the intricacies of love, longing, and hope, highlighted by selections from her debut album *Bird Be Brave*. Isabel's set promises to be a cocoon of musical introspection, earning her a nomination for Folk Alliance Australia’s Contemporary Folk Album of the Year 2023.

After Isabel's heart-warming set, we will be immersed in the soulful vibes of roots artist Dan Cully. As a one-man band, Dan delivers a mesmerizing blend of guitar, vocals, didgeridoo, harmonica, and foot percussion, creating a rich tapestry of sounds that resonate deep within. Fresh from his tours in regional Victoria and Tasmania, Dan will share his earthy, heartfelt magic and will also share his latest single, “Changes”.

The night concludes with an enlivening social DJ set from the enigmatic DJ Chakaruna (Patty McDonald). This final act is a celebration of light and joy, offering attendees the choice to dance into the night or mingle and connect with the other beautiful humans that have gathered in community.
