A vibrational meditation journey of soothing frequencies using Alchemy Crystal and Clear Quartz singing bowls.

Vibrational music is known as one of the most therapeutic sound therapy tools to complement and transmute healing energies contained already within your own frequencies in your mind, body and soul.

Julie's passion for Reiki and sound frequencies combined has continually deepened since discovering the profound impact of these modalities throughout her own personal transformation.

This will be a love-led offering of compassion and deep relaxation as Julie holds space for you and guides you through a reiki-infused vibrational meditation journey for you to connect into yourself. You'll find yourself floating in your own state of relaxation at your most receptive vibration as you come home to your heart space. 

For your journey enhancement: 
Come as you are in comfortable clothing (wear light colours if you can – all is well if you are not able to).
In consideration of others with allergies, please refrain from using strong perfume/cologne where possible.
Bring your own water bottle/cup.
Feel welcome to bring your own blanket, cushion, eye pillow, crystal if you wish to do so.

Note: There will be yoga mats, bolsters, blankets available for your use at Centre of You.
