Ethno Sound Healing Journey.

Facilitated by Dr Kamil Wolyniec @kamilolindo

Kamilindo will take you on a journey across Tibet, India and South America that will leave you grounded, peaceful and mentally balanced. The ethno-soundscapes offered are inspired by his lived experiences in India, Tibet and South America where he immersed himself in studying ancient wisdom traditions and music.

You will bathe in sounds of flutes, drums, gongs, Tibetan bowls, yidaki (didgeridoo), chimes, hang drum as well as sacred chants. You will also experience guided mindful self-compassion weaved together with sound.

Kamil Wolyniec is a medical scientist (PhD) and a provisional psychologist who is currently in his final year of PhD in clinical psychology. He travelled around the globe learning about holistic approaches to physical and mental wellbeing and studied ancient wisdom traditions of India, Tibet and South America for more than 10 years. He is a certified teacher of the Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB) program developed by HH Dalai Lama and western psychologists to improve mental wellbeing through cultivation of mindfulness and compassion.

Kamil is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist interested in sound as a healing modality. He has been running ethno-sound-healing events around Melbourne and performed at many festivals e.g.  Rainbow Serpent, Melbourne Fringe, Yumaanda Aboriginal Festival and World Music Festival in Kolkata (India).

At the core of his work lies a passion for the exploration of human potential and the role of mind-body-spirit connection in healing, growth and collective evolution.

Please arrive by 5:50pm to allow time to visit the bathroom and set up your nest before sound healing commencement.
