Shamanic Soul Journey.

And now, just take a deep breath in and relax completely…you are about to go on a journey…

To embark upon a Shamanic Soul Journey is to welcome a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by a specifically guided meditation.

A Shamanic Soul Journey is similar to the yogic state induced via Yoga Nidra meditation but also uses the breath alongside other deepening techniques taking you deeper into altered states of consciousness where the constraints of 3D limitations dissolve and journeying non-ordinary realms becomes possible.

A comparable experience to Shamanic Soul Journeying is lucid dreaming. 'Lucid dreaming' is the term referring to the experience of being aware or 'awake' while dreaming during normal sleep. While it is very possible to initiate lucid dreaming with planning, intention and practice, lucid dreams generally happen by accident. A Shamanic Soul Journey is an intentionally planned journey.

Each journey has a different focus. For example, ‘Find Your Spirit Guide’, ‘Walk Through the Forest’, ‘Let go of Stress’, ‘Travel through the Universe’.

We start each journey with an embodiment practice including movement, and breathing meditation we are coming into our body before laying down for the journey. At the beginning of the journey, the focus is on relaxation via a gentle cyclical breathing pattern. We then slowly sink deeper into the unconscious/subconscious part of the mind by releasing the cyclical breathing pattern and surrendering to a deeper level than the thinking mind via soothing guidance.

Previously living in the business world Frank went on a long healing journey to find Frankie, a journey to get in touch with his true self. He has studied extensively with various teachers from different traditions around the world. Studies & Qualifications include Breathwork, Reiki, Bodywork, Yoga, Hypnosis, Nero Linguistics, Meditation & Inner Guidance. 

As well as events Frankie is a philanthropist & intuitive healer he works with clients from all walks of life for private guidance & healing sessions to bring them back to themselves so they can thrive in all they do. 

Preparation:

Bring your journal - time will be incorporated into the evening to document your stream of consciousness following your experience before it is lost.
Wear comfortable clothing, water for hydrating yourself and an eye pillow or blindfold. (optional though highly recommended). Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, and cushions for you to get cosy with.

Please arrive by 6:15pm to allow time to visit the bathroom and create your nest. Know Centre of You is on Chapel St and ample time to find a car spot is best to be factored into your plans. Park direct on Chapel or in Anchor Place.
