Sound Spheres, aka Ben Last (Temple Step) & Madhu Honey, invite you to receive a beautifully woven experience that takes you on an inner pilgrimage of sound through the elements, the cosmos and beyond.
About This Event:
Incorporating sound healing, guided meditation and somatic sensing (a deeper embodiment of listening), this experience is a multi-layered sound bed that harnesses the intelligence of binaural beats sound technology to guide you into theta and alpha brain wave states which assist in dropping you into a deep, relaxing flow state.
Through the elemental soundscape, you will experience the powers of Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Ether, each correlating to the chakra-tuned root notes, encouraging deep relaxation, integration, transformation, and renewal.
What to expect:
Ben weaves his sonic wizardry through his creation of audio technology, pioneering the future of sound healing using Ableton live, effects, and midi controller keyboards, whilst Madhu brings her multilayered voice of the cosmos, and leads with guided meditation and percussion. Expect a deeply integrative healing and transformative experience.
Evening Flow:
6.30pm: Arrive for a complimentary chai & to settle in. 7pm: Sound Spheres Experience. 8.15pm - 9:00pm*: Integration, closure & tea.

Spots are limited to 40 beings. Your spot includes a yoga mat bolster & blanket, and we welcome you to bring a pillow and / or eye mask if you feel these add to the comfort of your experience.
About Your Facilitators:
Temple Step (Ben)
Combining 25 years of experience in sound healing, music production, live performance, and holding a Diploma in Psycho/Spiritual Healing. For decades, Temple Step has offered his musicianship to both solo and collaborative sound healing experiences through workshops and at festivals and retreats across the globe, including Beloved Festival (USA), Sonic Bloom (USA), Unify (USA), Rainbow Serpent (AUS), Earth Frequency (AUS), Woodford(AUS), Byron Bay Spirit Festival (AUS), Earthdance (AUS) and many more.
Temple Step has also released tracks through Desert Trax, Gravitas and High Vibe Records, and is the co-founder of Motiv Music.
Madhu Honey
Embodying the roles of ceremonialist, workshop facilitator, artistic director, creative embodied therapist, and vocalist, Madhu combines over 20 years of experience in the performance and healing arts space.
Madhu's Studies have seen her explore the modalities of dance therapy, contemporary dance, physical theatre, butoh, body weather, BMC, yoga counselling/coaching, energy healing, bodywork and vocal embodiment.
Her diverse experiences have included being a part of dance and theatre productions, corporate gigs, arts festivals, as well as many workshops, retreats and ceremonies.
Madhu brings a colourful presence of the sacred to each experience, and through her passions prayers and performance, weaves alchemy of inspired depths, shares heartfelt wisdom and encourages you to drop in and allow yourself to be liberated and moved by her guidance and energy, ultimately guiding you home to the heart of your essence.
Together Ben & Madhu create a deeply transformational and rejuvenating Sound Immersive Experience.

Centre Of You is on Level 1, 217 Chapel Street. Street parking is unmetered from 6pm. Just behind Chapel Street, on Anchor Place there is open-air free parking, accessible from the side street opposite the arcade that Centre of You is nestled above.
